الصفحة دي بتخص تطبيق «مطعم الدمشقي» (eldamascis) على Google Play وApp Store. فيها الطريقتين: من جوه التطبيق، ومن غير التطبيق خالص.
١ · من جوه التطبيق (فورًا)
الزرار ده بيبان لما تكون مسجّل دخول. الحذف بيتم في نفس اللحظة، ومفيش رجوع فيه.
لو عندك طلب لسه في الطريق، استنى لحد ما يوصل. الفرع بيوصّل بالعنوان والتليفون اللي على الطلب، والاتنين بيتشالوا وقت الحذف.
٢ · من غير ما تفتح التطبيق
ابعتلنا إيميل على abdevpersonalmail@gmail.com وعنوانه «حذف حساب»، من نفس الإيميل المسجّل على الحساب — ده اللي بيثبت إن الحساب بتاعك، ومش بنطلب منك أي بيانات تانية.
بنرد على طلبك في خلال ٧ أيام، وبيتنفّذ الحذف في خلال ٣٠ يوم على الأكثر من وصول الطلب. ولو تحب تكلمنا بدل الإيميل: الخط الساخن ١٧٨٧١ أو واتساب ٠١٠٨٠٩١٩٧٠٤.
ولو طلبت كضيف من غير حساب، مفيش حساب أصلاً يتحذف — بس ابعتلنا رقم التليفون اللي طلبت بيه وإحنا نشيل البيانات اللي بتدل عليك من الأوردرات دي بنفس الطريقة المشروحة تحت.
اللي بيتحذف
- الحساب نفسه: اسمك، إيميلك، رقم تليفونك، بصمة كلمة السر لو كنت حاطط واحدة، وتاريخ آخر دخول.
- كل العناوين المحفوظة على الحساب.
- أي كود دخول لسه صالح على إيميلك — عشان كود قديم في الإيميل ميرجّعش حد للحساب.
- من على أوردراتك القديمة: اسمك، تليفونك، إيميلك، عنوان التوصيل، أي إحداثيات موقع لو كانت اتسجّلت على الأوردر، والملاحظات اللي كتبتها بنفسك على الأوردر (لأن دي أكتر حتة بيتكتب فيها رقم تاني أو دور وشقة)، وارتباط الأوردر بحسابك.
- من على موبايلك: توكن الجلسة بيتشال في نفس اللحظة والتطبيق بيرجع لحالة الضيف.
اللي بيفضل، وليه
- الأوردر نفسه كسجل مبيعات مجهول: رقمه، الفرع، الأصناف والكميات والأسعار، الإجمالي، والتواريخ. المطعم لازم يقدر يجاوب «بعنا إيه الشهر اللي فات»، والإجابة دي مينفعش تتغير لأن عميل قفل حسابه. مكان الاسم بيتكتب «عميل حذف حسابه» — مفيش أي بيانات تدل عليك في الصف ده.
- ملاحظات الأصناف (زي «بدون شطة» أو «إضافة موتزريلا») بتفضل، لأنها بتوصف الأكل مش الشخص.
- بلاغات الأعطال لو كان التطبيق وقع معاك قبل كده: دي أصلاً مش مربوطة بحسابك ولا باسمك، فمفيش فيها حاجة تخصك تتشال.
اللي على موبايلك
حذف الحساب بيشيل بياناتك من عندنا، مش من على جهازك. السلة، والمفضلة، ونسخة المنيو المحفوظة، والاسم والتليفون والعنوان اللي كتبتهم آخر مرة — كل دول بيفضلوا على الموبايل. امسح التطبيق أو امسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات الموبايل لو عايز تشيلهم.
لو غيّرت رأيك
الحذف نهائي ومفيش رجوع فيه. تقدر طبعًا تعمل حساب جديد بنفس الإيميل بعدها، بس هيبدأ من الصفر — الأوردرات القديمة مبقاش عليها اسمك ولا إيميلك عشان ترجع تترتبط بيه.

How to delete your account

This page covers the "مطعم الدمشقي" (eldamascis) app on Google Play and the App Store. It gives both routes: from inside the app, and without the app at all.
1 · From inside the app (immediate)
The button appears when you are signed in. The deletion happens at that moment and cannot be undone.
If you have an order on its way, wait until it arrives. The branch delivers using the address and phone number on the order, and both are removed when you delete.
2 · Without opening the app
Email us at abdevpersonalmail@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account", from the email address the account is registered under — that is what proves the account is yours, and we ask for nothing else.
We reply within 7 days, and the deletion is carried out within 30 days of the request at the latest. If you would rather talk to us: hotline 17871, or WhatsApp +20 108 091 9704.
If you ordered as a guest with no account, there is no account to delete — but send us the phone number you ordered with and we will strip the data that identifies you from those orders, exactly as described below.
What is deleted
- The account itself: your name, email address, phone number, the hash of your password if you set one, and your last sign-in time.
- Every saved address on the account.
- Any sign-in code still valid for your email address, so an old code sitting in an inbox cannot let anyone back in.
- From your past orders: your name, phone, email, delivery address, any map coordinates recorded on the order, the notes you typed on the order yourself (that is where a second phone number or a floor and flat number actually end up), and the link between the order and your account.
- From your phone: the session token is removed at the same moment and the app returns to its guest state.
What is retained, and why
- The order itself, as an anonymised sales record: its number, the branch, the items with quantities and prices, the total, and the dates. The restaurant has to be able to answer "what did we sell last month", and that answer must not change because a customer closed their account. Where the name was, the row now reads "عميل حذف حسابه" (a customer who deleted their account) — nothing in it points to you.
- The item notes ("بدون شطة", "إضافة موتزريلا") stay, because they describe the food and not the person.
- Crash reports, if the app ever crashed for you: these are not tied to your account or your name in the first place, so there is nothing of yours in them to remove.
What is on your phone
Deleting the account removes your data from us, not from your device. Your cart, your favourites, the cached menu, and the name, phone and address you last typed all stay on the phone. Delete the app, or clear the app's data in your phone's settings, if you want those gone too.
If you change your mind
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You can of course create a new account with the same email address afterwards, but it starts from nothing — the old orders no longer carry your name or your email for it to attach to.
